The zippered hand pockets are raised to not interfere with backpack hip belt.
Built with an outer-layer fit, the Chugach TR Rain Jacket is ideally worn over a base layer and one-to-two insulating mid layers—all in your same measured size. If you prefer a loose fit, or you’re between sizes up sizing is recommended.
